LineupBoard New Release - 2025.1

A new LineupBoard

devfu is swiftly approaching a new release of LineupBoard, one that will see significant changes from previous versions.

New Features

Some of the new features are:

  • A completely redesigned Manning schedule
  • A new reporting tool
  • Multi-language support

New Manning Schedule

The new Manning Schedule is an upgrade to the existing features in the current version of LineupBoard.

The new Manning Schedule is deployed as a separate application, communicating with LineupBoard through its native APIs. This architecture is in line with the devfu roadmap of delivering modular application features.

The Manning Schedule aims to provide managers, supervisors and dispatch a real time view of the status of worker resources over a period of time.

The new Manning Schedule contains a suite of new features that includes:

  • Search for workers
  • Option to choose table date range
  • Add absences and presences directly from the manning table
  • Single shift view
  • Option to show/hide extra worker information like crew, team etc.
  • Option to show/hide totals for absences and presences
  • Filtering options for:
    • Crews
    • Teams
    • Companies
    • Classifications
    • Attendance Types
    • Shift types

New Reporting Tool

LineupBoard now has a new fully redesigned version of its previous reporting feature.

The new Reporting module is an upgrade to the existing features in the current version of LineupBoard. It allows for a much more flexible approach to customising reports as needed, and a much faster turnaround for new reports.

The Reporting module is deployed as a separate application, communicating with LineupBoard through its native APIs.

Translation

LineupBoard now supports multiple language translations in addition to English. The newly available languages are:

  • German
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Portuguese

(Additional languages may be supported in the future.)

If these new language options are desired, please request to have them enabled. Once translations are enabled, users can switch between languages using the selector in the top right corner of the navbar.

These major features go along with a host of bug fixes and quality of life improvements. We're very excited to continue and improve LineupBoard and increase its' effectiveness in the future.

These updates will be introduced in detail during our UAT introduction sessions in May. If you are wanting to attend a session please check out our training page or email training@devfu.com.au
